Shipping & Return


  1. Instabasket promise to deliver to Belgium, Netherlands (excluding island), Luxembourg, France Germany and Spain free of cost for the order above €49.99. For the order below €49.99 customer will have to pay delivery cost of €5.00
  2. Mondial Relay, Bpost and it's affiliates partner DPD are Instabasket official logistics partner and will deliver boxes at Home and more than 10,000 pickup points like Post Office, Relay Shop, and supermarket like Carrefour.
  3. All goods are delivered to the address provided by customer when ordering.
  4. When a good is in stock it will be delivered to the delivery address within a period of 24 hours in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and 48 hours in Germany, France. Delivery in Spain can take 72 hours.
  5. Trace & Track: As soon as your parcels are ready for dispatch, you are sent track and trace code with tracking link for each box in your email, separately. Please check the junk folder, track and trace code emails may be delivered to your junk folder, and add our email address to your safe list.
  6. If a good is not in web shop stock, it will be delivered at the delivery address within a period of 3 to 6 working days. We will inform you of the delivery period in your order confirmation.
  7. If we are not able to deliver on time, we will always notify you before the to the end of the delivery period. If we do not, you can cancel your order for free. In that case we will refund you within 30 days after dissolution of the agreement.
  8. The shipment of goods and gift vouchers is always at our risk. So, you do not have to worry about goods lost during transportation. If you, however, return goods to us within 14 days after delivery because you prefer not to keep them, you will be responsible for the transportation.
  9. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damage suffered due to late delivery or non-delivery by the transporter assigned by the company. In such cases our liability remains limited to the value of the goods of which it is shown that they were not received by the customer.
  10. If the package comes back because the address or name on the doorbell is wrong, or the recipient is unavailable, 4.5€ will be additionally charged (per box) for resending the package. Price of frozen products (if ordered) that are damaged in this process will not be returned.
  11. Please carry your passport or valid personal id proof if you need to collect the package from Pickup parcel shop. Please verify the time and address of Pickup Parcel Shop before.
  12. Please contact our Logistics partner contact number for the different countries. Each customer will get the tracking number and email notification for the delivery time.
  13. No delivery will be done in Dutch island having pin code: 1156, 8881-8884, 8899, 9166, 1791-1797, 8891-8897, 9161-9164.
  14.   1. Orders can only be cancelled before the goods are dispatched to the customer, by notifying INSTABASKET in writing. Once the dispatch has been done the goods can be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery provided the product would have been not opened and must be returned in the original packing.
  2. Only the written communication will be considered for any change or cancellation of order before or after dispatch of goods. Online payment gateway transaction fee and logistics return cost will be at customer’s expense.
  3. Customer can return the boxes using their own preferred postal system. Instabasket request their customer to follow the following steps to effectively process your return.
  4. a. Please notify us by sending an e-mail, mentioning your order number within 14 days of delivery
    b. Properly pack the return items in a box to prevent damage during return transport and apply the required postage at your nearby Post office.
    c. We expect our customers to send us carefully packed return items.
    d. Please also e-mail us a copy of the post office receipt.
    e. After receiving the goods in the original condition, unopened, Instabasket will return the cost of the goods in 5 working days into Instabasket account.
    f. Any type of return shipment cost will be paid by the customer.
    g. Customer should keep the postage receipt with you until you receive your refund, for your reference.
  5. INSTABASKET can refuse repayment if we have not received the returned goods or until you have shown you have returned the goods, depending on which event occurs first.
  6. By way of exception, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw the purchase if the order concerns products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or can spoil or expire quickly.
  7. INSTABASKET reserves the right to refuse the return of the products and / or the refund of the price if the products returned by the consumer are damaged. If the returned products are slightly affected, INSTABASKET will hold a portion of the price, resulting in the underestimation.
